At Tavian Reed Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and fitness services. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing any program or service.
Program and Membership Refunds
All payments made for training programs, coaching sessions, memberships, and digital services are generally non-refundable once the program has started or access has been provided.
Refund requests submitted before the official start of a program may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Session Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule sessions with prior notice. Missed sessions without notice may not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Digital Products and Online Programs
Due to the nature of digital content and online coaching services, refunds are not available once access has been granted to workout plans, nutrition guides, or downloadable materials.
Exceptional Circumstances
In special situations such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, refund requests may be considered at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.
Subscription Cancellation
Clients may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not guarantee refunds for previous payments.
Processing Refunds
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment provider.
